People seem to like in progress shots around here, so here’s some more of that.

I’ve got some kind of an art show coming up at the end of February, and I will have on display at least a few paintings that combine my recent drawing developments with my usual attempted abstract expressionism.
Don’t be daft, use your brain
If you don’t reblog some random thing, nothing will happen to your blog content. I’ve seen 50,000+ reblogs of that same text post from several different places, all of them with a different original source.
I shouldn’t be surprised that at least 100,000 people don’t bother utilizing their own brain meats before clicking on things, but I am.
I guess they must be the same burks that reblog a gif from Walking Dead thinking it’s some amazing MRI clip of a human dying.
Maybe SOPA (not ACTA though) should pass, 99% of everything is just reblogs of reblogs of gifs that are taken as reality. (I guess I am not one to talk, I’ve probably reblogged some youtube videos 10-15 times these last 1500 posts)
It wouldn’t be so bad, plenty of space would be left for actual producers of things and perhaps life would become a little more normal.
Often when I walk into the hallway, I see one of my cats sleeping in positions like this on one of the benches we put there for them.
At any random time of day or night you might hear stirring from my room, the sound of my door opening and then laughter followed by my cat voice.

This is the cover for a graphic book I’ve been working on since September with McKinney.
In the end I decided to go no text on the cover, it’s the spine that shows up on every bookshelf, after all.
I used to have the crummy graphire 5 x 7, but I now have this beast, which you will notice is actually bigger than I am.
I guess I have no excuse not to draw digitally now.
